A personalised consultation process
In contrast to buying a tuxedo off the rack, the Oscar Hunt experience begins with a one on one consultation with one of our expert fitters. During this 45 minute session, we’ll ask you about exactly what you want from your garment - whether it be formalwear that offers all-day comfort, a statement jacket lining or all of the above.
This is then taken into consideration by your fitter so they can provide fabric and style options that are suited to your unique brief.
Your unique measurements
From here, our team will take dozens of measurements that will be used to customize every aspect of the suit's fit; from the length of the trousers, to the height of the waist, to the breadth of the shoulders. Not only does this help to achieve a better silhouette, it also makes for a significantly more comfortable formal outfit. This is due to the fabric fitting evenly around your body (unlike off the rack garments where the fabric is likely to strain in some areas and gape in others).
A tuxedo that looks as good as it feels
Four to six weeks after your initial fitting you’ll be asked to come back in and try on your comfortable tuxedo or formal suit. What we find is that while the fit is important, what our clients talk about most is how a made-to-measure suit makes them feel.
Given formal events can often be quite stuffy affairs, the sense of confidence that a good outfit can give can’t be understated.
